Born on April 11, 1976, in the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 2001, graduated from Akmola Agrarian University with a degree in Economics and Management.
In 2007, graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics.
Began her professional career in 1999 as a Leading Specialist of the Finance Department of Astana.
In 2002, continued her career at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Chief Specialist of the Budget Development Division of the Republican Budget Development Department.
From 2002 to 2008, worked at the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she progressed from Chief Specialist to Deputy Director of the
Department of Budget Policy and Planning.
From 2012 to 2016, held the positions of Director of the Budget Planning and Forecasting Department and Director of the Budget Planning Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From April 2016 to March 2023, served as Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In March 2023, was elected as a member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the eighth convocation on the party list of the AMANAT party. During her tenure as a deputy in Parliament, she served as Secretary of the Finance and Budget Committee and, from February 2024 to July 2026, as Chairperson of the Committee.
Since August 27, 2026 has served as a member of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the first convocation, representing the Adilet party.
Since August 28, 2026 has served as a member of the Finance and Budget Committee of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On October 7, 2026, by order of the Head of State, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awards: the Orders Parasat and Qurmet, the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Medal «20 Years of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan».
