Republic Day is a historic milestone in strengthening our secular state and a national holiday symbolizing the solid foundations of our independence.

On this day, a landmark political document in our country's history — the Declaration on State Sovereignty — was adopted, paving the way for Kazakhstan's independence. The Declaration of Sovereignty strengthened our country's financial and economic potential and ensured domestic stability. It contributed to strengthening our statehood and enhancing our country's standing on the international stage. It gave new impetus to the development of the national economy and contributed to the establishment of the public finance system.

Our greatest achievement is the strengthening of national unity and the establishment of harmony and stability in society. On this occasion, I wish every citizen of Kazakhstan a peaceful life, a happy future, prosperity, unity and great success! May the standing of our independent country continue to rise!
