On February 23 of the current year, the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance Kamshat Arystanbekova held a seminar for employees of the State Property and Privatization, Internal State Audit and State Treasury Committees, dedicated to the issues of official ethics and communication of civil servants in the public space.
Within the framework of the seminar, issues of compliance with anti-corruption restrictions and requirements for official behavior were discussed. The need to prevent the participation of civil servants in gambling and betting was emphasized, as well as the importance of distancing from any actions that could lead to corruption offenses or reputational risks.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the ethics of behavior of civil servants on social networks. As well as the Ethics Commissioner provides examples of typical situations that arise in everyday activities.
