The Ministry pays great attention to communication with citizens and high-quality processing of appeals from the population. The agency is actively working to strengthen confidence in the financial system, increase transparency and openness. Each request of citizens for us is an opportunity to improve the work and improve the existing mechanisms.
The consequence of this work was an increase in satisfaction of the population with answers from 3.2 to 4.2 marks. This is the result not only of the timely solution of incoming issues, but also of improving the quality of communication with the population.
Currently, the Ministry is carrying out systematic work to reduce the number of requests in general, not only through timely responses, but also through improving the system of interaction with citizens. For this, a schedule has been approved with specific performance indicators for each committee and department, online monitoring of requests using interactive dashboards is being introduced, and the work of the contact center under the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry is being strengthened. This allows you to evenly distribute the load between operators, improve their qualifications and, as a result, improve the quality of communication with citizens.
The Ministry also pays great attention to improving the quality of work with citizens. The basis of this process is employee ethics and responsibility. It is important not only to respond quickly to requests, but also to do it with respect, attention and goodwill.
Each appeal received from citizens and organizations is considered by the Ministry with objectivity and respect for the applicant. Employees learn to communicate politely and correctly, remain calm in difficult situations, competently explain the procedure and make legal decisions. Particular attention is paid to the protection of personal data and information confidentiality.
It is very important to show goodwill, honesty and patience, be able to calmly respond to conflicts and communicate effectively. Important skills are the ability to listen carefully, solve problems quickly, explain the order of actions and easily adapt to different situations.
Compliance with the principles of official ethics and responsibility helps to strengthen citizens' confidence in state bodies and form a positive image of the public service based on openness, fairness and respect for each applicant.
