In the State Revenues Department forthe region Zhetisu, a meeting was held on the strengthening of official ethics and anti-corruption.
October 13, 2025 in the State Revenues Department (SRD) in the Zhetisu region with the participation of the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arystanbekova K.B. and the Ethics Commissioner of the State Revenues Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akbaeva T.T. a meeting was held with officials.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to strengthening official discipline and improving the quality of public service The aspects related to compliance with anti-corruption restrictions are considered in detail The participants were reminded of their personal responsibility to comply with the law and the importance of developing intolerance to any form of corruption Special attention is paid to the prevention of gambling addiction as a social risk that can damage the reputation of a civil servant and affect the quality of his performance of official duties The speakers also stressed the importance of strict compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics which prescribes honesty fairness and adherence to moral and ethical standards for civil servants
As part of the event, the Ethics Commissioners visited the offices of the Department's employees, talked with them, and familiarized themselves with their work.
The meeting took the form of a constructive dialogue, during which Department employees were able to ask questions that interested them and receive comprehensive answers. At the end of the event, the importance of conducting such explanatory work on an ongoing basis was noted in order to maintain a high level of professionalism and public trust in government agencies.
