On September 5, 2025, a meeting was held in the Abai region on the observance of official discipline and ethical standards.
Ethics Commissioners of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arystanbekova Kamshat Bolatovna and the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akbaev Taskyn Turagaldaevich held a constructive dialogue with representatives of the Department of State Revenues of the region.
The main topic of the conversation was issues related to anti-corruption legislation and the Code of Ethics for civil servants.
Kamshat Arystanbekova stressed that compliance with ethical norms and rules of conduct is not just a formal requirement, but a guarantee of effective and honest work for the benefit of citizens. She recalled the inadmissibility of the participation of civil servants in gambling and betting, and also highlighted the issue of non-discrimination and personal harassment of women in state bodies.
Taskyn Akbaev focused on the prevention of violations related to administrative offenses, in particular, the inadmissibility of driving while intoxicated, which is a critical aspect, since such an action violates the law and endangers the safety of others.
Following the event, the Ethics Commissioners emphasized that the formation of a high level of ethical culture is an ongoing process that requires a responsible attitude of each employee, and urged employees to strictly follow the prescriptions of laws and regulations.
