According to Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Valuation Activities", the Chamber of Appraisers shall be created in the form of a non-profit organization and is a self-regulatory organization based on mandatory membership, uniting at least three hundred appraisers on the terms of membership.
The status of the chamber of appraisers shall be acquired from the date of its introduction by the authorized body in the field of evaluation activities in the register of self-regulatory organizations of appraisers.
