The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the agreement with the IFRS Fund, has permission to translate IFRS texts from English into the Kazakh language.
Given that the translation of IFRS is made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Public Procurement), there are risks of the lack of relevant translations of IFRS.
So, there may be situations when government procurement under the translation of IFRS is recognized as invalid in accordance with the Law on Civil Defense, or the service provider has violated the terms of the contract and terminated it.
At the same time, the current texts of IFRS in electronic form are posted on the official website of the IFRS Fund at the link https://www.ifrs.org/issued-standards/list-of-standards/.
These standards can be viewed in Russian and (or) Kazakh languages using the browser translator (Google Chrome), or by choosing the language of viewing the site.
