On April 10 of this year, Director of the Department of Strategy, Human Resourse and Mobilization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Orunkhanov Kairat Kakimovich and Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry Arystanbekova Kamshat Bolatovna arrived in Shymkent on a working visit.
As part of a trip to the building of the Department of State Revenues in the city of Shymkent, a meeting was held with employees of the territorial divisions of the Ministry of Finance: treasury, state property and privatization, internal state audit.
Kairat Kakimovich spoke with information on measures of material and social incentives for civil servants, including payments of bonuses, allowances for official salaries, as well as measures of social support when changing the structure, reducing or reorganizing state bodies.
Kamshat Bolatovna held an explanatory conversation aimed at preventing violations of the law on public service, ensuring anti-corruption compliance and compliance with the Code of Ethics. Particular attention was paid to the strengthening of official discipline and professional ethics.
At the end of the meeting, answers were given to employees' questions, as well as a personal reception.
