On April 8-9, 2025, as part of a working trip to the Turkestan region, Director of the Department of Strategy, Human Resourses and Mobilization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Orunkhanov Kairat Kakimovich and Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry Arystanbekova Kamshat Bolatovna met with employees of regional divisions of the Ministry.
The event took place on the basis of the Department of State Revenues in the Turkestan Region with the participation of representatives of the Department of Treasury, the Department of State Property and Privatization, as well as the Department of Internal State Audit.
Kairat Kakimovich made an explanation of the mechanisms for stimulating the work of civil servants, including allowances, bonuses, material assistance and other incentive measures. The issues of social support of employees in the event of organizational changes, reductions or an increase in staffing in state bodies were also considered in detail.
During the meeting, Kamshat Bolatovna acquainted the participants with the main provisions of the legislation on the civil service, measures to prevent and prevent corruption offenses, as well as the norms of the Code of Ethics for civil servants. The importance of upholding standards of conduct and maintaining a high level of professional ethics was emphasized.
The meeting participants were given detailed answers to questions of interest, after which a personal reception of employees was organized.
The working trip was held in a constructive atmosphere and contributed to the strengthening of interaction between the central office and regional divisions of the Ministry.
