On April 7 of this year, Director of the Department of Strategy, Human Resourseand Mobilization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Orunkhanov Kairat Kakimovich and Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance Arystanbekova Kamshat Bolatovna arrived in Kyzylorda region on a working visit.
As part of the trip to the building of the Department of State Revenues in the Kyzylorda region, a meeting was held with the leadership and employees of the territorial divisions of the Ministry - the Department of State Revenues, the Department of Treasury, the Department of State Property and Privatization, as well as the Department of Internal State Audit.
Kairat Kakimovich, Director of Strategy, Human Resourse and Mobilization, emphasized the importance of the role of civil servants in society and their responsibility. During his speech, he elaborated on the issues of material incentives for workers, including incentives, bonus payments, the establishment of allowances for official salaries, as well as the provision of social support in the liquidation, reorganization, change in structure and increase in the staffing of state bodies.
During the meeting, Ethics Commissioner Kamshat Bolatovna conducted explanatory work aimed at preventing and preventing violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of civil service, combating corruption and compliance with the Code of Ethics for civil servants.
