In the 1st quarter of 2025, 9 meetings of the Appeal Commission for the consideration of tax and customs disputes were held and 47 complaints of taxpayers and foreign economic activity participants were considered.
Of the 47 complaints examined, the results of 15 inspections or 32% of the total number of complaints examined were canceled in whole or in part.
During the reporting period, 43 representatives of taxpayers and foreign economic activity participants took part in the meetings of the Appeals Commission and presented their arguments directly to the members of the Appeals Commission.
1059 decisions on tax and customs disputes are posted on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.gov.kz) in the section "Activities/Appeal Commission/Practice of consideration of tax and customs disputes," including 30 decisions for the 1st quarter of 2025.
