On February 27, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Finance K. Arystanbekova, a seminar was held for employees of the departments of the Ministry of Finance, dedicated to the observance of ethical standards by civil servants as part of the implementation of the work plan of the Commissioner for Ethics for 2025.
At the seminar, speakers - Deputy Head of the Prevention Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana D. Kozybaev, Head of the Road Patrol Service of the Astana Police Department, Police Major B. Kodebaev, Senior Detective Officer for Particularly Important Cases of the Anti-Drug Department of the Astana Police Department, Police Lieutenant Colonel A. Ibatғyzy discussed measures to prevent violations associated with the appearance in public places in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, as well as the inadmissibility of driving vehicles in such a state.
