Born in Astana. Holds a higher education degree in «Information Systems in Economics» from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, as well as specialized secondary education in «Computer and Automated Systems Programming» from Akmola Polytechnic College.
Started his career in 1999 at the Tax Committee of Astana.
During his career, held various positions in the field of information technology, progressing from a leading specialist to senior management positions in government bodies and organizations.
Since 2004, worked in managerial and engineering positions at the Tax Committee of Astana and JSC «NIT».
From April 2013 to November 2018, served as Director of the Department for the Development of Information and Statistical Systems of the Republican State Enterprise «Information and Computing Centre of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
From November 2018 to June 2021, served as Deputy Director General of the Republican State Enterprise «Information and Computing Centre of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
From June 2021 to February 2022, worked as an IT Architect at the Republican State Enterprise «Information and Computing Centre of the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
From January 2023 to January 2024, served as Managing Director of JSC «Centre for Electronic Finance».
From February 2024 to December 2025, worked as an individual entrepreneur in the field of IT startups.
From January 2026 to August 2026, served as Head of the Digitalization Department of the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management «National Institute of Intellectual Property» of the Committee for Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since August 2026, has been serving as Director of the Digitalization Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
