She was born on March 24, 1968, in the Akmola Region. In 1994, she graduated from the Kokchetav Pedagogical University named after Ch.Valikhanov with a degree in “teacher of Russian language and literature in a national school”; in 2002, she graduated from the Kokshetau University named after Abay Myrzakhmetov with a degree in “law”.
2004–2005 — held the position of chief specialist — chief legal adviser in the legal department of the Kokshetau Regional Treasury Subdepartment.
2007–2015 — worked as head of the legal service department at the Treasury Department for the Akmola Region.
2015–2026 — head of the Litigation Department at the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2026 — present time – Deputy Director of the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
