Born in 1980, in the Kostanay region.

In 2001 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, in 2005 - the Karaganda Institute of Contemporary Education "Bolashak," in 2010 - the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Career:

He began his career in 1999-2001 at the Treasury Department for the Astana.

In 2001-2006 held various positions in the structures of the ministries of finance, economics and budget planning: from the chief specialist to the head of the department.

2006-2007 - Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Statistics.

2007-2008 - Deputy Director of the Department of Analysis and Methodology of State Budget Execution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2008 - Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Policy and Forecasting of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2008-2010 - Director of the Corporate Development Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2010-2012 - Deputy Head of the Division of Methodology and Analysis of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget.

2012-2013 - Head of the Planning, Analysis and Reporting Department of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Implementation of the Republican Budget.

2013-2016 - Consultant of the Division of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2016-2017 - Head of the sector of the Division  of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2017-2019 - Deputy Head of the Division of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2019-2022 - Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2022-2023 - senior positions in Khorgos cross-border trade centre JSC, Zhetisu region.

2023 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Information and Accounting Center JSC.

2023-2024 - Director of the Department of Budget of State Bodies of the Ministry of Finance.
