Born in the Kostanay region. In 1985 she graduated from the Tselinograd Financial and Economic College with a degree in Budget Accounting, in 1993 - the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Finance and Credit, in 2018 - master's degree from the Financial Academy in Finance.
