Born on 28 April 1985 in the Karaganda Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2005, graduated from Karaganda State University named after Academician E. A. Buketov with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. In 2008, obtained a Master’s degree in Law from Karaganda Economic University.
Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in judo.
Awarded the оrder of «Qurmet» in 2025.
2006 - Began his career as Assistant Prosecutor of the Karaganda Region.
2012-2013 - Prosecutor, Department for Supervision of Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere, Astana City Prosecutor’s Office.
2013-2016 - Prosecutor, Senior Prosecutor, and Head of the Division for Supervision of the Application of Legislation on Entrepreneurship within the Directorate for Supervision of Legality in the Economic Sphere, Department for Supervision of Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016-2018 - Head of the Directorate for Supervision of Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere, Astana City Prosecutor’s Office.
2019-2022 - Deputy Director for Legal Affairs of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Nur-Sultan; Managing Director and Director of the Department for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Atameken».
