Internal migration

Functions:

• develops normative legal acts on the issues of: documentation, accounting and registration of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• carries out the reception of citizens, timely and full consideration of oral and written statements, appeals and proposals of citizens, officials, makes decisions on them;
• interacts with the Republican State Enterprise "Information Production Center" of the Ministry for the production of identity documents;
• organizes the work of the territorial divisions of the internal affairs bodies on the issues of: issuing and issuing to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan identity cards and passports, as well as their registration and registration in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan; registration at the place of residence and deregistration of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Registration of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan arriving at a temporary place of residence at the place of temporary stay.
