Contacts are maintained within the framework of international organizations, including the UN and the OSCE.
Trade and economic relations
Bilateral trade in 2023 reached $8.7 million (export – 138.4 thousand, import – 8.5 million); in 2022 – $3.7 million.
Inflow of direct investment from Iceland to Kazakhstan for the period from 2005 to the 3rd quarter of 2023 amounted to $2.9 million.
