Ambassador of Denmark to Kazakhstan with residence in Moscow is Jakob Henningsen.
Political cooperation
President Nursultan Nazarbayev paid an official visit to Denmark in 2000.
Danish Foreign ministers visited Kazakhstan in 2009 and 2010. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan visited Denmark in 2010.
Economic cooperation
In 2023, trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Denmark reached $208.9 million (export – 75.7 million, import – 133.2 million); in 2022 – $113.7 million.
From 2005 to the 3rd quarter of 2023, the inflows of direct investment from Denmark to Kazakhstan exceeded $222 million.
