Born in 1971 in the city of Dzhambul.

In 2001, graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law; in 2005, graduated from Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University with a degree in Finance and Credit; in 2020, completed the Executive MBA “Supply Chain Director” programme at the Higher School of Economics (Moscow).

1993–2004 – held managerial positions in commercial organizations;

2004–2005 – Deputy Director of the Republican State Enterprise “Electronic Commerce Centre” of the Committee for Financial Control and Public Procurement of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2005–2006 – Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Financial Control and Public Procurement for the Mangystau Region of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2006–2008 – Head of the Antimonopoly Department for the Mangystau Region of the Committee for Competition Protection of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2008–2009 – Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (service in the Armed Forces);

2010–2011 – Managing Director of Kazakhstan GIS Centre JSC of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2020–2022 – Chief of Staff of NC KAZAKH INVEST JSC;

2022–2023 – Deputy Head of the State Institution “Department of Material and Technical Support” of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2024–2025 – Chief of Staff of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since 18 September 2026 – Acting Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
