In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, this year it is necessary to select 50 reservists for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. Online admission of documents has started on September, 1 this year on the pkrezerv.gov.kz platform. For two days of receiving documents, 1,251 applications of candidates were submitted. Admission of applications will continue until September, 30 inclusive.
According to the requirements established by the Presidential Decree No. 141 dated August 27, 2019, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35 with higher education, work experience of at least 5 years, and proficiency in the official language at a level not lower than average can take part in the competition. The term of stay in the reserve is 3 years.
The appointment of a reservist to a vacant public position will be carried out in accordance with the current legislation.

The session was attended by 27 out of 38 deputies, accounting for 71% of the total. By the decision of the session of the regional maslikhat, the title of honorary citizen of the East Kazakhstan region was awarded to Abdygali Kaimoldin, a participant of the Great Patriotic War, a veteran of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Abdygali Kaimoldin was born on June 30, 1921, a native of the village of Uzunbulak, Abralinsky district. He participated in active military operations near Stalingrad, Kharkov, and Konigsberg. He was awarded military awards - the Orders of the Red Star, the Patriotic War, the medals "For Military Merit", "For the Capture of Konigsberg", many jubilee and labor medals.
