On June 23, a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Temir district Maslikhat "on budget, economy, entrepreneurship, law and order, parliamentary powers and ethics" and an extraordinary V session took place.
The session was attended by Akim of the district S. Amanbayev, Chairman of the Temir district maslikhat B. Shaimov, deputy akims of the district, deputies, akims of cities, districts, heads of departments, institutions and media representatives.

Reports of akims of cities and rural districts were heard on these issues, draft decisions were presented.
At the end of the session, the deputies asked questions and made appropriate decisions.

On May 11, the presidium of the chairman of the district maslikhat B. Shaimov held a meeting of the extraordinary third session of the district maslikhat.
The session was attended by Akim of the district S. Amanbayev, deputies of the district maslikhat, heads of departments and media representatives.
The agenda of the session also included issues on making additions and amendments to the budgets of the city, rural district and on approving the composition and regulations of the land commission.
Reports of the akims of the districts, the head of the district department of Employment and Social programs G. Makhimova were heard on the agenda.
Following the results of the session, the deputies of the eighth convocation, in turn, asked questions and made appropriate decisions.
At the end of the meeting, Akim of the district S. Amanbayev and Chairman of the maslikhat B. Shaimov wished the participants of the meeting good luck in further work, instructed to clarify and effectively spend budget funds.
On amendments to the decision of the district maslikhat No. 316 dated January 10, 2019 "on the election of members of the Temir district territorial election commission" on the agenda of the extraordinary session of the district maslikhat. Instead of Kalmagambetova Dina Kalmanovna, who left the commission, at the suggestion of the Temir district branch of the International Kazakh Language Society, Mustafin Alken Nurekeshovich was elected a member of the district territorial election commission.
The issues of electing members of the district election commissions for the Temir district and amending the decision of the district maslikhat No. 99 dated March 13, 2017 "on the personal composition of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship under the Akimat of the Temir district" were also considered.
At the end of the meeting, Akim of the district S. Amanbayev and Chairman of the maslikhat B. Shaimov wished the participants further success in their work.
The meeting was attended by heads of departments and deputies of the district maslikhat.
The members of the election commissions were elected by an open vote of deputies during the plenary session of the extraordinary twelfth session of the regional maslikhat chaired by Amangelda Nugmanov.
In accordance with the agenda, the issue of electing members of the Aktobe regional Territorial Election Commission was considered first.
Political parties and public associations have put forward their candidacies instead of those who have dropped out. Thus, as a result of an open vote, 4 new members of the regional territorial election commission were elected by a majority of votes.
This is a member of the "Amanat" party - Asylzhan Burkitalin, who will be responsible for information support of the activities of the Election Commission, Altai Alipov - for IT support, and Zhanna Togyzbayeva - for legal support. Inkar Matebayeva answers the questions of financial support of the election commission. He was nominated by the regional branch of the "Akzhol" Democratic Party and received 25 out of 27 votes.
In addition, the deputies voted for the election of members of district election commissions for single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the election of deputies of the maslikhat of the Aktobe region. 5 members of 17 district election commissions were elected by open voting.
