The staff of the Talgar district maslikhat has joined the republican marathon "Kitap oqityn ult"!
As is well known, registration has begun in Kazakhstan for the first republican book marathon "Kitap oqityn ult" ("Reading Nation"). Supporting this noble initiative, the staff of the Talgar district maslikhat apparatus unanimously registered on the official website of the project (www.reading-nation.kz) and entered this spiritual competition.
This important project of national scale is aimed at developing a culture of reading in the country, increasing the number of readers, and shaping a modern intellectual environment.
The maslikhat staff team plans to compete for victory in the category designated for civil servants, striving not only to broaden their horizons and professional skills but also to serve as an example for society.
"A reasonable nation is a strong, educated, and thinking nation." We call upon all colleagues and residents of the district to take an active part in this large-scale marathon, which pursues such lofty goals!

СООБЩЕНИЕ маслихата Талгарского района Алматинской области о внесении изменений в составы окружных и участковых избирательных комиссий
В соответствии со статьей 10 Конституционного закона Республики Казахстан
«О выборах в Республике Казахстан» (далее – Конституционный закон о выборах) маслихат Талгарского района Алматинской области сообщает о внесении изменений в составы территориальной и участковых избирательных комиссий.
Количественный состав участковых избирательных комиссий определен территориальной избирательной комиссией района в зависимости от количества избирателей на участках.
Срок полномочий избирательных комиссий составляет пять лет.
Каждая политическая партия вправе представлять одну кандидатуру в состав соответствующей избирательной комиссии.
Политическая партия вправе представлять в состав избирательной комиссии кандидатуры, не являющиеся членами данной политической партии.
В случае отсутствия предложений политических партий маслихаты избирают членов избирательной комиссий по предложению иных общественных объединений и вышестоящих избирательных комиссий.
Политические партии, иные общественные объединения, их структурные подразделения и вышестоящие, по отношению к формируемым, избирательные комиссии с 11 сентября 2026 года по 25 сентября 2026 года представляют в маслихат следующие документы:
1) сведения о кандидатурах в состав избирательных комиссий по установленной форме в электронном и бумажном формате;
2) выписку из решения политической партии, общественного объединения или их филиалов (представительств), вышестоящей избирательной комиссии о представлении кандидатов в состав соответствующих избирательных комиссий;
3) копию документа о регистрации политической партии, общественного объединения или их филиалов (представительств);
4) заявления кандидатов о согласии на участие в работе избирательной комиссии по установленной форме.
Формы сведений о кандидатурах в состав избирательных комиссий, заявления кандидатов о согласии на участие в работе избирательных комиссий размещены на сайте маслихата https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/maslihat-talgar?lang=ru
Лицо, предлагаемое в состав избирательной комиссии, должно соответствовать требованиям Конституционного закона о выборах.
Член избирательной комиссии должен проживать на территории административно-территориальной единицы, в которой находится маслихат, сформировавший состав данной комиссии.
Более половины состава избирательной комиссии не должны быть работниками одной организации, за исключением случаев создания избирательных участков, предусмотренных пунктом 3 статьи 23 Конституционного закона о выборах.
В состав одной избирательной комиссии не могут входить близкие родственники (родители, дети, усыновители (удочерители), усыновленные (удочеренные), полнородные и неполнородные братья и сестры, дедушки, бабушки, внуки) или супруг (супруга).
Все документы, представляемые в маслихат в бумажном формате, должны быть подписаны, заверены печатью, и содержать дату исполнения, отметку об исполнителе, с указанием фамилии, инициалов и номера его телефона.
Прием предложений по составу избирательных комиссий осуществляется с 11 сентября 2026 года по 25 сентября 2026 года с понедельника по пятницу с 08:00 до 17:30 часов, перерыв с 12:30 до 14:00 часов.

In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the district maslikhat, Aidarbekov Tanat Esenkeldinovich was appointed to the post of akim of Talgar district by the order of the akim of Almaty region.
The head of the region Marat Sultangaziev presented the new akim to the district asset. Addressing the Talgars, Marat Eleusizovich noted the primary tasks and priority goals facing the akimat of the district today. In particular, it is necessary first of all to strengthen the work on attracting investments into the economy of the district.
Special attention should also be paid to providing the rural population with high-quality drinking water, to monitor the quality of construction work and timely commissioning of facilities, to continue work on preserving existing and creating new jobs, to intensify work on the return of unused pasture lands and other important areas.
Tanat Esenkeldinovich Aidarbekov
Born in 1971, Kazakh by nationality, higher education. In 1996, he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University with a degree in "Economist-Accountant", then in 2017 he mastered the specialty "Bachelor of Law" at the Kazakhstan Peoples' Friendship Engineering and Pedagogical University.
He started his career in 1996 as an accountant of the Kuanysh Joint Stock Company.
Over the years, he held the positions of Chief specialist of the Economics Department of the Akim of Auezovsky district of Almaty, head of the department of the Akim of Turksib district, Deputy akim of Turksib district, Deputy akim of Bostandyk district, deputy akim of Kerbulak district of Almaty region, head of the Treasury Department for Almaty region.
Since June 2021, he has held the position of head of the Treasury Department for the city of Almaty.

Akimat of Talgar district DECIDES and Talgar district maslikhat DECIDED:
paragraphs 1 and 3 of sub-paragraph 7) of paragraph 1 of the said joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat should be stated in a new edition:
"7) in the Kendala rural district: change the border (line) of the village of Akdala by 385,3277 hectares, establishing new borders of the village of Akdala with a total area of 735,4277 hectares;";
change the border (line) of the village of Kendala with a decrease of 63.5306 hectares, establishing new borders of the village of Kendala with a total area of 216.4979 hectares;";
the plan of the boundaries of the village of Akdala and the village of Kendala of the Kendala rural okrug of the Talgar district of the Almaty region should be presented in a new edition, according to the appendices.
