The eighth session of the maslikhat of the Samar district of the seventh convocation will be held on January 16, 2023 at 11.00 am, in the building of the House of Culture (village of Samarskoye, Buketova st. 68). Registration of deputies and invitees from 8.30 a.m.

Recommended agenda for the session:

1. On the election of district election commissions of the Samar region.
2. On amending the decision of the maslikhat of the Samar region dated July 26, 2022 No. 5-2. "On the election of members of the territorial election commission for the Samar region."
3. On amendments to the decision of the maslikhat of the Samar region dated September 22, 2022 No. 6-2. "On the election of members of precinct election commissions in the Samar region."

 The eighth session of the maslikhat of the Samar district of the seventh convocation will be held on December 28, 2022 at 9.00, in the building of the House of Culture

(village of Samarskoye, Buketova st. 68). Registration of deputies and invitees from 8.30 a.m.

Recommended agenda for the session:

1. On the budget of the Samar region for 2023-2025.
2. Report of the secretary of the maslikhat of the district.
3. Report of the permanent commission on issues of social protection of the population, health protection, education, culture and sports, parliamentary powers, ethics and legality.
4. Report of the Standing Committee on Economic Reforms, Budget, Entrepreneurship, Agro-Industrial Complex, Ecology, Environmental Protection, Rational Use of Natural Resources and Housing and Public Utilities.

The meeting of the standing committee will be held on December 27, 2022 at 16.00 in the building of the district akimat.

According to the new rules, the president must propose at least two candidates for the position of akim of the region. Deputies of maslikhats of all levels choose one of them. Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov and Head of the Presidential Administration Murat Nurtleu read to the deputies a letter from the Head of State on the introduction of two candidates for the post of akim of the region – Akhmetov Danial Kenzhetaevich and Kurmambayev Renat Tleukhanovich. Of the 117 deputies who voted, 94 voted for Danial Akhmetov, 23 for Renat Kurmambayev.
