to the draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat On invalidation of the decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat"

The State institution "Rudn City Maslikhat Staff" has developed a draft decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat On invalidation of the decision of the Rudn City Maslikhat (hereinafter referred to as the draft decision).

The purpose of developing this draft decision is to bring the act in line with the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Starting from January 1, 2026, the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 18, 2025 No. 214-VIII SAM will be put into effect, in connection with which the decision of the Maslikhat "On lowering the rate when applying a special retail tax regime for the city of Rudny" dated November 29, 2024 No. 173 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts acts under No. 10331-10) will become invalid.

The draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
