ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SELECTION AND TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE WORKING GROUP ON THE FORMATION OF THE LIST OF SUPERVISORS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE MEETINGS OF THE WORKING GROUP ON THE FORMATION OF THE PUBLIC COUNCIL OF MENDYKARINSKY DISTRICT OF KOSTANAY REGION
The state institution of the mendykarinsky district maslikhat informs:
In accordance with paragraph 10 of the Model regulation on the public council (hereinafter referred to as the Model regulation), approved by Order No. 69 of the minister of Information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021:
1.observers who are representatives of non-governmental organizations, mass media, state bodies, and international organizations who do not have the right to vote are allowed to participate in the meetings of the Working Group on the formation of the public council.
2.in order to participate as an observer in the meeting of the Working Group on the formation of the public council, a person who has expressed a desire to be an observer submits an application for participation as an observer in the competition for the selection of members of the Working Group on the formation of the public council in accordance with Annex 2 to the standard rules.

Working hours: state institution" apparatus of Mendykarinsky district maslikhat " from 09.00 to 18.30 hours, lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, Weekend Saturday, Sunday.
Deadline for submitting documents: within five calendar days from the date of posting the announcement (from December 13, 2021 to December 17, 2021 inclusive, until 18.30 hours).
We would like to inform you that the meetings of the Working Group on the formation of the public council will be held in the following days:
* First meeting on December 29, 2021
* Second meeting on January 28, 2022
Meetings will be held in borovskoye village, Koroleva STR., 5, Office No. 307, working phone numbers: 24245, 24359.
Meetings can be converted to a remote format, depending on the epidemiological situation and existing restrictions.
