Analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Mendykarinsky district Maslikhat" for the first half of 2018.

Based on the order of the Secretary of the Mendykarinsky District Maslikhat No. 4 dated January 29, 2018 "On conducting anti-corruption monitoring and internal analysis of corruption risks", the working group conducted an internal analysis to identify corruption risks (hereinafter referred to as internal analysis) in the period from June 20, 2018 to June 22, 2018 for the first half of 2018 in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities and identification of corruption risks in organizational and managerial activities in the state institution "Apparatus of the Mendykarinsky district Maslikhat" (hereinafter- The device).
The Legal and Personnel Department of the Apparatus constantly monitors the normative legal acts of the Mendykarinsky district maslikhat.
During the reporting period (1st half of 2018), the Mendykarinsky district Maslikhat adopted one regulatory legal act affecting the activities of the apparatus:
Decision No. 181 of the Mendykarinsky District Maslikhat dated March 16, 2018 "On approval of the Methodology for Evaluating the activities of Administrative Civil Servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Apparatus of the Mendykarinsky District Maslikhat", State Registration number 7666 dated April 3, 2018.
The analysis of the regulatory legal act "On approval of the Methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Apparatus of the Mendykarinsky district Maslikhat" showed that there are no corruption risks in this act.
The staff number of the Apparatus is 5 full-time units, the actual number of 5 administrative civil servants, there are no vacancies.
In order to prevent the commission of actions that may lead to the use by civil servants of their powers in personal, group and other non-official interests, the legal and personnel Department of the Apparatus has carried out work to familiarize all administrative civil servants without exception with anti-corruption restrictions. All staff members of the Office are checked on the basis of the "Information Service" of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There are no criminal, administrative or disciplinary cases against staff members. In order to implement financial control measures, employees and their spouses have submitted declarations to the state revenue authorities in a timely manner.
There are no facts: conflict of interests, affiliation of hired employees with the head, affiliation of officials in public procurement, joint service (work) of close relatives, spouses and relatives, violations of accepted anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions established for officials by the current legislation. At the same time, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the apparatus does not provide public services, does not carry out control and supervisory, licensing functions. The Staff strictly complies with the requirements imposed on civil servants, the restrictions related to the status of a civil servant are observed, the requirements of the Code of Ethics and anti-corruption legislation are not found. A helpline is published quarterly in the mass media in the state and Russian languages.
In the course of the internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the Apparatus, no corruption risks were identified.
