On the basis of subparagraph 12-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", having considered the submission of the akim of the Mendykarinsky district (ex. No. 01-07/3992 of October 17, 2017), the Mendykarinsky district Maslikhat DECIDED:
Confer the title of "Honorary Citizen of Mendykarinsky district":
Akhmetov Marat Zhumasultanovich;
Kozybaev Sagymbai Kabashevich.
The persons awarded the Title should be presented with badges, certificates and commemorative ribbons in a solemn atmosphere at a socially significant event.
This decision should be published in the local media.
This decision is put into effect from the moment of adoption.
