        In the course of preparing the issue for the maslikhat session “Report on the execution of the budget of the city of Lisakovsk and the village of Oktyabrsky for 2021”, on April 27, 2022, a joint meeting of the permanent commissions of the maslikhat was held under the chairmanship of Shutaeva G.O.           

       The deputies listened to the reports of the heads of state institutions "On the implementation of budget programs by state institutions of the akimat of the city of Lisakovsk for 2021".           

        On the implementation of budget programs, administrators were asked questions, some of them are of a systemic nature and are raised by deputies from year to year. These are lighting of sports grounds, road repair, installation of road signs, installation of "Smart Pedestrian" in other microdistricts of the city, repair of the stadium on the territory of the college, etc.           

        Many issues that were raised by deputies and permanent commissions of the maslikhat last year found a positive solution.           

        In general, according to the results of the discussion, the deputies noted a positive trend and adopted a corresponding resolution.

            On the draft decision of the Lisakov City Maslikhat “On Amendments to the Decision of the Maslikhat dated April 29, 2015 No. 297 “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Housing Assistance”.                        Projects for review are posted in the «Public Council» section on the official website lsk.kostanay.gov.kz.

            The hearings will take place on Februaru 18, 2022 at 5 pm in the bulding of the «Nur Otan» party branch.

The extraordinary session of the Lisakovsky city Maslikhat will be held on February 10, 2022 at 15.00 am in online mode in the format of a conference call via ZOOM.  

The agenda:              

1. On approval of the composition of the Public Council of the city of Lisakovsk.
2. On the establishment of an expert council under the Akimat of the city of Lisakovsk to consider the implementation of projects through the mechanism of the «Budget of Popular participation» for 2022.         
3. On amendments to the personnel of the advisory and advisory body for the promotion of the activities of institutions executing criminal penalties and other measures of criminal legal impact, as well as on the organization of social and other assistance to persons who have served criminal sentences, at the Akimat of the city of Lisakovsk.        
4. On the temporary exercise of the powers of the secretary of the Lisakovsky city maslikhat.        
5. On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat No. 315 dated January 11, 2019 «On the election of precinct election commissions».
6. On the cancellation of the decision of the maslikhat dated December 25, 2018 No. 307 «On approval of the regulation on the Public Council of the city of Lisakovsk».

          On February 3, a meeting of the Working Group on the formation of the Public Council of the city of Lisakovsk was held. The meeting discussed the received documents from the candidates. From state bodies, 3 people are recommended to the Public Council of the city, who pass out of the competition. Representatives from non-profit organizations and citizens were elected on a competitive basis for 8 seats. A total of 13 applications were received: 8 of them were self-nominated, 5 were representatives of non-profit organizations and citizens. Members of the Working Group interviewed each candidate.

            Based on the results of the competition, the Working Group formed the composition of the Public Council of the city of Lisakovsk in the amount of 11 people. Candidates who are not members of the Public Council are included in the reserve list for the subsequent replacement of retired members of the Public Council.           

           The formed composition of the Public Council and the reserve list of candidates will be approved by the city maslikhat at an extraordinary session.

        An extraordinary session of the Lisakov City Maslikhat will be held on January 19, 2022 at 11.00 am online in a conference call format via ZOOM.

Agenda:           

1. On the approval of the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object for 2022 in the city of Lisakovsk.            
2. On the approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2022 in the city of Lisakovsk.            
3. On the approval of the Regulations of the Lisakovsky city maslikhat.         
4. On the approval of the personnel of the land commission under the Akimat of the city of Lisakovsk.
