On June 12, the chairman of the district maslikhat M. Sartov, together with the adviser to the district akim, S.I. Baimanov. and a member of the Politburo of the Kostanay Russian Federation of the AMANAT party Kameshov S.K. visited the village of Altynsarino, Michurinsky rural district, where they got acquainted with the progress of construction of new houses for villagers affected by floods this spring. The construction of twenty-one houses is in full swing in the village. The frames of the houses have been erected. Only high quality building materials are used. In addition, houses are being renovated. During a conversation with I.P. Parkin, whose house was damaged as a result of the leash, the owner of the house was very pleased with the quality and progress of the repair work carried out by Syl LLP. On June 12, 2024, the chairman of the district maslikhat M. On June 5, the presentation of the Zharkyn aul project took place in the Ozerny and Moscow rural districts. During the presentation, the goals and objectives of the project were discussed, tripartite memorandums were signed between the akim of the rural district, the Amanat party and entrepreneurs.
The Zharkyn aul project was launched in the region. It is being implemented by the regional branch of the AMANAT party with the support of the akim of the Kostanay region. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of life in rural areas. The Nadezhdinsky rural district became the next in the Kostanay region, where, within the framework of the project, memorandums were concluded with the heads of the peasant farm A.E. Pavlovsky, B.S. On January 10, 2021, as a result of elections to the Kostanay district maslikhat, 14 deputies were elected, of which 4 were women, 20 percent were youth representatives. The deputy corps included representatives from three political parties: “AMANAT” (“Nur Otan”) - 11 people; Democratic Party of Kazakhstan "Ak Zhol" - 2 people, People's Democratic Patriotic Party "Auyl" - 1 person. For the most part, these are large entrepreneurs, heads of agricultural organizations, and social workers. At the first session of the Kostanay district maslikhat in January 2021, as a result of an open vote, Marat Kuttuguzhinovich Sartov was unanimously elected secretary of the maslikhat. 2 permanent commissions were formed: on budget, economics, public administration and self-government and a commission on socio-economic development and legality. The standing commissions were headed by Marat Fazylzhanovich Sadvakasov and Aiman Baibosynovna Tulebaeva, respectively. As a result of by-elections of deputies of the VII convocation, the following deputies were elected: Dostoyarova Karlygash Eskermesovna (instead of Zhakenova B.G.), Shalgymbekova Zhanara Rustemovna (instead of Djurabaeva S.I.)

On the main issue - clarification of the district budget for 2024-2026, the head of the department of economics and finance of the akimat of the Kostanay region, Amirbekov I.Sh., spoke. According to him, the execution of the district budget revenues for income categories 1, 2, 3 amounted to 108.1%, including income receipts amounted to 105.1%.Based on the analysis of the actual receipt of income, taking into account the expected execution of the budget revenue by the end of the year, I proposed to increase the plan for income of categories 1, 2, 3 in the amount of 300.0 million tenge.
This amount will be used to purchase special equipment for the Zatobolskaya Fuel and Energy Complex.Changes to the district budget for 2024-2026 were approved by a majority vote.
