On February 24, a joint meeting of the standing committees of the district maslikhat was held. The meeting was attended by Deputy Akim of the Tselinograd district Zhantemirov Anash Sapievich, heads of state institutions and cultural institutions. The issue of the state of the material and technical base of the cultural institutions and measures to improve their activities in rural settlements of the Tselinograd district was considered. Following the meeting, a resolution of the commission was adopted, which recommended that local executive bodies strictly monitor the quality of work performed (rural Cultural centers, clubs, libraries) with their inclusion in the List of investment projects of the Tselinograd district for 2021-2025, when forming and clarifying the district budget for 2021-2023, provide for the allocation of funds to strengthen the material and technical base of cultural institutions (district and rural Cultural centers, clubs, libraries).
State institution "Department of culture and development of languages of Tselinograd district" has been proposed to continuously monitor the activities of cultural institutions with the aim of improving their performance, identify and take action to resolve problems, to improve training for the cultural sector, to provide constant attention to improving their skills and creative skills. And also to improve the activities of cultural institutions for the aesthetic and moral education of the population of the district, to constantly enrich the content of festival events and competitive projects, to give them new forms that work for the prestige of the district, to pay special attention to the development of amateur art.
On the second issue of the agenda "On Amendments to the decision of the Tselinograd District Maslikhat No. 476/71-6 of December 28, 2020 "On the budgets of villages and Rural Districts for 2021-2023", the head of the state institution "Department of Economy and Finance of the Tselinograd District", Almira Ibraeva, made a report.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I inform you that on March 25, 2021, at 11 o'clock, a regular session of the Tselinograd District Maslikhat will be convened in the meeting room of the district Akim's office (Akmol village).
