On September 30, 2021, a meeting of the Standing Committee of the amangeldy district maslikhat on Budget, economy, law and order and agriculture was held in accordance with the work plan. The meeting of the commission was attended by Deputy akim of the District Kalasov M. D., chief of staff of the maslikhat Alshorin S. Sh., Deputies of the maslikhat. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Budget, economy, law and order and agriculture N. B. Almagambetov. On the agenda of this meeting, the issue "on the progress of preparation for the winter of seasonal heating boilers in Amangeldy district" was considered.
Before the meeting of the commission, the members of the commission got acquainted with the heating system of the amangeldy secondary school, which is undergoing major repairs in the center of the Amangeldy district, the heating boiler and the repaired heating system of the zhupar kindergarten.
At the meeting of the Commission, deputy akim of the District Kalasov M. D. made a report on the work done and further plans. During the discussion of the report, deputies N. Almaganbetov and M. Dosymov proposed to consider the situation with the early start of the heating system due to changes in the weather and the early onset of cold weather in recent years. Special attention was paid to the state of high-quality construction of the heating system in amangeldy secondary school from high-quality materials. The deputies also made suggestions on other issues.
At the end of the meeting, the Standing Committee on Budget, economy, law and order and Agriculture of the amangeldy district maslikhat adopted a corresponding resolution.

On the agenda of this meeting, the issue "on the progress of educational work in the kindergarten"Zhupar" in 2021" was considered.

First of all, during the working trip, the deputies visited and got acquainted with the General Education School of Tash and the building of the akimat of Tash rural district. He went to the General Education School of tastin and met with the staff of the school. Akim of the rural district E. Kapyshev noted that the building has undergone current repairs, but it is necessary to carry out major repairs of the building, and raised the problematic issue of allocating funds. The lack of a computer science teacher at the school creates difficulties in organizing events. They told about all the work carried out in the agricultural and social sphere of the village. Deputy M. Dosymov answered a number of problematic social issues.

It was noted that the paramedic and obstetric station is located in an emergency room that is not suitable for work and does not have a car.
Another problem that causes serious concern to the population is the internet.
A corresponding resolution was adopted on the agenda of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the amangeldy district maslikhat.

Today, a regular session of the Amangeldy district Maslikhat was held in the meeting room of the district akim's office. The session was attended by akim of the Amangeldy district Talgat Karbozov, secretary of the Amangeldy district maslikhat Kanat Kedelbayev, deputies of the district maslikhat.
The following issues are considered:
1. The report of the akim of the district on the implementation of the tasks and functions assigned to him.
2. The work of the Amangeldy district Hospital on the prevention of coronavirus infection.
3. Miscellaneous.
Decisions have been made on all the issues considered.
In accordance with subparagraph 1) paragraph 6 of Article 19 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in connection with the withdrawal from the election commission, the members of the Election Commission of the Amangeldy district are relieved of their duties.
The working group of the Amangelda district Maslikhat from June 25 to July 9, 2021 accepts proposals from political parties of their candidates for members of the election commission for the vacant seats of election commissions.
1. Precinct Election Commission No. 220 – 1st place.

Documents submitted to the working group by political parties and other public organizations:
1) Information on candidates for election commissions in the prescribed form in electronic and paper format;
2) the decision of a political party, public association or their branches (representative offices) on the nomination of candidates to the relevant election commissions, an extract from the decision of a higher election commission;
3) a copy of the document on registration of a political party, public association or their branches (representative offices) ;
4) applications of candidates for giving consent to participate in the work of the election commission in the prescribed form.
Information forms on candidates for election commissions,applications of candidates for consent to participate in the work of election commissions are posted on the maslikhat website.
The person represented in the composition of the election commission must comply with the requirements of the Constitutional Law on Elections.
A member of the election commission must reside on the territory of the administrative-territorial unit in which the maslikhat that formed the composition of this commission is located.
More than half of the members of the election commission must not be employees of this organization, except in cases of the creation of polling stations provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 23 of the constitutional law on Elections.
The composition of one election commission may not include close relatives (parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children, full and half-siblings, grandparents, grandchildren) or a spouse.
All documents submitted to the maslikhat in paper format must be signed, sealed and contain a note about the performer indicating the date of performance, the surname, initials of the performer and his phone number. At a meeting in the village of Karasu, Deputy Daugarin S. S. was told about problems with drinking water and questions about the repair of the school. In addition, he spoke about animal husbandry, the detention of cattle on pastures during the seasonal period. The issue of water supply to the village of Sat was raised.

The need to keep the ideological work in the district in the center of attention was acute. Other issues of everyday life were also discussed. The deputies listened to the available questions and summed up the results, noting that they would send their respective requests.
