2) ensuring the stable operation of heat sources, electric networks, regulatory fuel reserves,operational control over the uninterrupted supply of electricity, heat and electricity to the population of cities and districts of the region, preparation for the upcoming heating season and conducting a repair campaign.
3) Organization of work and implementation of programs aimed at solving current and future tasks of operation of the complex of thermal energy and electric networks of cities and localities.
4) Organization of work on the introduction of advanced technologies in the electric power industry and the thermal power complex of cities and localities.
5) monitoring the work of existing electric power enterprises in terms of energy production, distribution and transportation.
