The direction of activity includes the following functions: Organization of long-distance inter-regional, inter-district (intercity intra-regional) regular transportation of passengers and baggage, holding competitions for the right to service them; coordination and approval of routes and schedules of regular inter-district (intercity intra-regional) transportation of passengers and baggage; maintenance of a register of routes for regular inter-district (intercity intra-regional) regular transportation of passengers and baggage by road; development of a comprehensive scheme for the development of passenger transport and projects for the organization of road traffic; Licensing in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications; maintaining a register of individuals and legal entities that have issued a notification of the beginning of activities for special training of drivers of motor vehicles engaged in the transportation of dangerous goods in international and domestic relations; ensuring the organization and equipment of taxi parking at airports, train stations, stationary retail facilities of categories 1 and 2, trade markets, theaters, circuses, cinemas, cultural and leisure organizations (parks of culture and recreation), as well as on squares, prospectuses, streets, blocks; issuing a certificate for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels; accounting for training courses for navigators of small vessels; making decisions on the organization of passenger transportation in inter-district (intra-regional intercity) and suburban communications; determining inter-district (intra-regional intercity) and suburban relations.
