3) support for the effective implementation of innovations and the development of high-tech industries;
4) formation of investment policy, increase of investment attractiveness and export potential of Mangystau region;
5) assistance to subjects of industrial and innovative activity in international cooperation in the field of industrial and innovative activity, including cooperation in the field of training highly qualified personnel for industrial and innovative activity;
