In order to strengthen the work on the implementation of budget investment projects and assist in solving important issues of districts and cities, a group of specialists from the financial and economic block under the leadership of Deputy Akim of the region R.Bektemir traveled to Munaili, Tupkaragan, Karakiyansky districts and Zhanaozen.
Problematic issues, priority projects were discussed and the task of observing financial discipline in the implementation of budget expenditures was set.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was presented with a report on the socio-economic development of the Mangystau region for 7 months of this year.
According to the governor of the region, one of the urgent problems of the region is water supply, including the provision of drinking water. In particular, the volume of water coming through the Astrakhan-Mangyshlak water pipeline and from other sources from May to the end of September does not fully meet the needs of the population.
Nurlan Nogaev spoke about the execution of the order to solve the problem of drinking water in the region. The Head of State gave this instruction as part of a working trip to the region. To date, desalination plants with a capacity of 17 thousand cubic meters per day have been commissioned at the Karazhanbas field, as well as a number of other tasks have been solved. In addition, by the end of the year, installations with a capacity of 20 thousand cubic meters of water should be put into operation at the water desalination plant in Aktau, while installations are already in operation to purify 5 thousand cubic meters of water. According to the governor of the region, the volume of desalinated clean water will also be increased by attracting private investment.
The Head of State was also informed about positive changes in the field of agriculture. After last year's drought, thanks to the joint measures of the Government and the local executive body, as well as favorable climatic conditions, farmers did not have problems with forage harvesting this year.
The governor of the region also said that there is an increase in the number of domestic and foreign tourists.
Following the meeting, the President instructed to continue work in these areas and ensure stable socio-economic development of the region.

In order to diversify the economy, the main emphasis is placed on the development of the non-resource sector, such as manufacturing, tourism, agriculture, transport and logistics.
The development of the non-resource sector will be carried out by creating favorable conditions for investors, increasing competitiveness and human capital, and further development of SMEs.
"Auyl – El besigi" - gives its results!
The main goal of the project "Auyl – El besigi" is to improve the quality of life in rural areas and create a comfortable living environment for rural residents through the modernization of social and engineering infrastructure.
Within the framework of the project, 31 villages of the region with development potential have been identified, in particular 23 reference, 6 satellite and 2 border villages, where more than 408.7 thousand people or 54.6% of the rural population live.
In 2019-2021, 94 projects worth 10.6 billion tenge were implemented in 18 villages within the framework of the Auyl – El Besigi project, 909 jobs were created:
- 27 km of utility networks have been modernized in the housing and utilities sector (9 projects have been implemented);
- in the field of social infrastructure development, 3 schools, 2 outpatient clinics, 5 village clubs, cultural centers and libraries, a sports and recreation complex, 3 gyms have been built and repaired (14 projects have been implemented);
- in the field of transport infrastructure development, 190 km of intra-rural roads have been modernized (71 projects have been implemented).
In 2022, the Project implements 28 projects worth 8.4 billion tenge aimed at the development of housing and communal services, social and transport infrastructure.
As a result, 19.7 km of utility networks and 35 km of intra-rural roads will be upgraded.
Also, 5 extensions to existing schools, 1 health facility, 2 cultural centers, 1 district museum and 10 gyms will be built. This, in turn, will create 686 new jobs.
Today, on May 4, a staff meeting was held under the chairmanship of Akim of the region Nogaev Nurlan Askarovich. Deputy Head of the Departament of Economics and Budget Planning Kuanysh Balzhanov made a report on the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan of Socio-economic Development of the Mangystau region for 2021-2025. Within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan for 5 years, 227 measures are envisaged, of which the current conditions and risks of 156 measures are considered, to be completed in 2022. Following the meeting, the head of the region on a weekly basis gave a number of specific instructions to hear at the staff meeting the report of state bodies on the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan and to ensure its high-quality and timely execution.

12 августа текущего года состоялась сессия областного маслихата. На повестке дня сессии был рассмотрен вопрос о внесении изменений в параметры областного бюджета на 2021-2023 годы.
Заместитель акима области Аккулов Нурлыбай Каржаубаевич выступил с докладом «Восстановления проектной мощности установок обратного осмоса № 1,2,3,4,5,6,12 опреснительного завода ТОО «Каспий» в 2021 году за счет средств местного бюджета для обеспечения населения области бесперебойной питьевой водой .
Заместитель акима области Ниязов Галымжан Мукурович сообщил, о принимаемых мерах для стабилизации сложившейся ситуации на сегодняшний день в связи с дефицитом кормов в регионе и об обеспечении потребности на зимний период.
Ранее прошедшее заседание постоянной комиссии областном маслихате были внесены и утверждены изменения в параметры бюджета области на 2021-2023 годы с учетом предложении депутатов по данным вопросам.

Промышленность. Объем производства промышленной продукции составил 802,8 млрд. тенге. Индекс физического объема – 92,8%
к соответствующему периоду 2020 года.

Обеспечение роста |

Отмечается рост поголовья: КРС – на 3,1% (29,6 тыс.голов), лошадей – на 5,1% (123,7 тыс.голов), верблюдов – на 3,4% (85,7 тыс.голов). |
Малое и среднее предпринимательство. Количество активных субъектов в сфере малого и среднего предпринимательства составило 52,9 тыс. единиц или 100,8% к соответствующему периоду 2020 года.
Инвестиции в основной капитал составили 166,5 млрд. тенге или 118,8% к соответствующему периоду 2020 года.
В 2020 году в области реализовано 11 инвестиционных проектов на 99,2 млрд. тенге, с созданием 926 новых рабочих мест.
В 2021 году запланирована реализация в различных отраслях экономики 21 проекта на общую сумму 288,9 млрд. тенге с созданием более 2700 новых рабочих мест. В том числе в сфере обрабатывающей промышленности ожидается реализация 8 проектов стоимостью 21,7 млрд. тенге с созданием 275 рабочих мест.
Объем строительных работ составил 42,9 млрд.тенге или 105,6%
к соответствующему периоду 2020 года.
Индекс потребительских цен и тарифов в апреле текущего года составил 103,6% к декабрю 2020 года (РК – 102,7%), в т.ч.: на продовольственные товары – 104,8% (РК – 104,1%), непродовольственные товары – 103,4% (РК – 102,5%), платные услуги – 102,2% (РК – 101,3%).
Налоги и бюджет*. В государственный бюджет (без учета Нацфонда) поступило 115,7 млрд. тенге налогов и обязательных платежей, в т.ч. в республиканский бюджет – 53,9 млрд. тенге, в местный бюджет – 61,8 млрд. тенге.
Занятость и социальная защита
Уровень безработицы за январь-март 2021 год составил – 4,9% (за январь-март 2020 года – 4,8%).
Обеспечено занятостью 11 243 человек, из них постоянными рабочими местами – 6 819 человек, сезонными – 4 424 человек.
Среднемесячная заработная плата на одного работника за январь-март 2021 года составила 344 329 тенге, что на 6,4% больше соответствующего периода 2020 года.
