On March 7, Governor of Mangistau region Nurdaulet Kilybay visited the Center for the provision of special social services No. 2 of the city of Aktau, where he congratulated elderly women on International Women's Day.
In his speech, the head of the region noted that respect for the older generation is the main task of the younger generation.

The meeting continued with a small festive concert program specially prepared for the elderly. In the center, grandparents sang and danced with the artists. Congratulating everyone on the holiday, the head of the region thanked everyone.
It is worth noting that in the center, which has been operating since 1990, today 104 people have permanent care and social assistance.
Rehabilitation measures for children with disabilities after cochlear implantation surgery
In accordance with the approved Rules for the provision of persons with disabilities with prosthetic and orthopedic assistance, technical auxiliary (compensatory) means, special means of transportation in accordance with the individual program of habilitation and rehabilitation of a person with disabilities, including the timing of their replacement, order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 287, auditory adaptation is carried out during the first five years after the operation (i.e. children who were operated on between 2020 and 2024 inclusive), within the framework of the state assignment, specialists plan to carry out round-the-clock auditory and speech rehabilitation in Almaty, for children with a cochlear implantation system together with an accompanying person (parent or guardian).

February 17, 2025, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Ertaev arrived on a working trip to the Mangistau region.
During the working trip, A. Yertayev visited 4 institutions of the Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Mangistau region, namely the Centers for the provision of special social services No. 1,2,3 and rehabilitation, where he got acquainted with their work.
A. Ertaev discussed with industry workers topical issues of licensing special social services, including obtaining subspecies of a medical license, compliance of buildings with the requirements of accessibility and residential space, provision of material and technical equipment and ways to eliminate the shortcomings when applying for a license.
Also, the employees of the centers raised questions about working with the Socium platform.
During the meetings, A. Yertayev gave a number of instructions to the head of the department for coordination of employment and social programs of the Mangistau region N. Telegenov and the head of the department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the field of social protection of the population of the ministry T. Idrissov.
On February 18, 2025, as part of a working trip to the Mangistau region, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Yertayev held a meeting with social workers.
The meeting was attended by the leadership and employees of the regional department of coordination of employment and social programs, subordinate institutions of social services, the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the field of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Mangystau region, district, city departments of employment and social programs, subordinate institutions of social services.
During the meeting, A. Ertayev explained the work carried out by the ministry to develop and increase the efficiency of the social sphere.
Also, together with the leadership of the industry, issues related to obtaining a medical license, accessibility of social buildings, provision of material and technical equipment, compliance of food facilities with sanitary standards arising from the licensing of special social services were discussed.
On the provision of public services, work with the Socium platform, answers were given to the questions of the meeting participants and a number of instructions on the optimal organization of work.
On February 14, 2025, with the participation of a representative of the prosecutor's office of the Mangistau region, a meeting was held to eliminate shortcomings in the activities of city and district employment departments and social programs for organizing the activities of invataxi within the framework of the state social order. During the meeting, a number of proposals and issues related to the activities of Invataxi were discussed.

Gulmira Mamaeva born in 1975. Higher education. In 1999 he graduated from Aktau State University named after Sh.Yessenov with a degree in Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education, in 2008 - Central Asian University with a degree in Jurisprudence, in 2018 - Almaty University of Management with a degree in Business Administration (master).
He began his career in 1994 as a teacher in educational institutions of the city of Aktau.
From 2003 to 2004, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist of the information and public consent department of the Mangystau region.
From 2005 to 2006, he held various positions in the Mangistau regional branch of RTRK Kazakhstan JSC.
From 2006 to 2012, he held the positions of adviser, chief specialist, head of the department of internal policy of the Mangystau region.
From 2013 to
