Bayandy outpatient clinic was opened in 2013 and put into operation. In 2023, the building of the medical clinic underwent major repairs and continues to serve the public.The "Bayandy" medical and sanitary first aid center began its work in March 2014 within the framework of the "100 schools-100 hospitals" state program.

Today, the clinic has 5 practicing doctors, obstetrician-gynecologist, physiotherapist, psychologist, social worker, day hospital, nursing room, child development room and 27 general practice nurses.

In December 2023, it was accredited and received the first category.
In October 2024, the "Bayandy" medical sanitary first aid center was opened as a small best practice center.
