The following work is carried out on internal policy: participation in strengthening democratic institutions of society, explanation of the main priorities of the Development Strategy of Kazakhstan, annual Addresses of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan, consistent implementation of state policy regarding religious, non-governmental, youth organizations in the district, control and verification of the implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on language in enterprises and organizations regardless of their form of ownership, in case of detection of facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on language, making recommendations on their elimination, control over the compliance of the content of visual propaganda tools with the current legislation and political direction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, comprehensive study, analysis and regulation of social processes taking place in the district, conducting social research, polling public opinion, identifying hotbeds of social tension, forming public opinion on important issues of the life of the republic, region, district, internal policy, State youth policy, development of languages, religious activity, coordination of the work of public associations, political parties and mass media, ensuring the activities of advisory and consultative bodies on the implementation of state policy in the areas of propaganda of state symbols, to promote the development of youth associations and coordinate their activities, to carry out work on the formation of an information database of socio-political, religious, youth, non-governmental associations, to maintain relations with political parties, national-cultural associations, human rights, religious and other public organizations, to carry out explanatory work and information and propaganda activities on religious issues, to carry out work on the formation of respect for the State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan among the population, to develop recommendations and proposals on the promotion and use of state symbols, to carry out work on family and demographic issues, to carry out other functions in the interests of local government.
