The main tasks of the monitoring and control department of the quality of public services are: to ensure the improvement of the quality of the provided public services, to ensure that public service consumers are informed about the procedure for providing public services, to review complaints and requests of public service consumers regarding public services, to ensure that the state (local) executive body to carry out internal control over the quality of public services under its competence, to provide relevant information to non-governmental structures conducting public monitoring in accordance with the legally established procedure, to ensure interaction with non-governmental organizations during public monitoring, to ensure optimization of the process of public service provision in accordance with the agreement of the authorized body in the field of information , to ensure the automation of the process of providing public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the agreement of the authorized body in the field of informatization, to develop proposals for introducing changes and/or additions to the Register of Public Services provided to individuals and legal entities in the part of public services within the competence of the state (local) executive body, providing methodological and practical assistance to the state and other institutions of the district on the issues of state services, the department presents materials and documents on issues under its supervision to the district akim's report to the residents, and is also responsible for the implementation of assigned tasks and compliance with work regulations.
