Excavation of courtyards, streets and squares without appropriate permission, cluttering them with construction materials, failure to take measures to put the excavation sites in order, as well as construction sites after construction and repair –

entail a warning or fine for individuals in the amount of ten, for small businesses – in the amount of fifteen, for medium–sized businesses - in the amount of twenty-five, for large businesses – in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices.

Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of space activities, committed in the form of:

1) implementation of a project in the field of space activities, for which there is no positive conclusion of the industry expertise in the field of space activities;

2) the launch of a space object from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as beyond its borders in the case of its implementation by a Kazakhstani participant in space activities without a positive decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the launch of a space object;

3) evasion of the state registration of a space object;

4) creating an immediate threat to human life and health;

5) the use of space technology and (or) celestial bodies for negative environmental impact;

6) violations of international norms and standards on space pollution, –

entails a fine on individuals in the amount of fifty, on officials – in the amount of one hundred, on small businesses – in the amount of one hundred and seventy–five, on medium–sized businesses - in the amount of three hundred, on large businesses - in the amount of five hundred monthly calculation indices, with the suspension of the license for the right to carry out activities in the field of use outer space for six months or without it.

The action (inaction) provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

entails the deprivation of the license.

Violation of the rules for the creation and operation (application) of space systems on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in outer space, expressed in the operation of a space system, the results of which led to exceeding the maximum permissible values of the impact of hazardous and harmful factors of industrial activity on operating personnel, the population, the space system, interfaced objects, the environment and near-Earth space, –

entails a fine for individuals in the amount of thirty, for small businesses – in the amount of forty, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of fifty, for large businesses - in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices, with the suspension of the license for the right to carry out activities in the field of space use for six months or without it.

Non-elimination of violations that have entailed bringing to administrative responsibility provided for in part one of this article after the expiration of the suspension of the license for the right to carry out activities in the field of space use –

entails the deprivation of the license.

Execution of pre-design, survey, design, construction and installation works in violation of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state standards in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, except for the requirements established by technical regulations, –

entail a fine on officials in the amount of sixty, on small businesses – in the amount of two hundred, on medium–sized businesses – in the amount of four hundred, on large businesses - in the amount of seven hundred monthly calculation indices.

The actions provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

they entail a fine for officials in the amount of one hundred and twenty, for small businesses – in the amount of four hundred, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of eight hundred, for large businesses - in the amount of one thousand four hundred monthly calculation indices, with the deprivation of a license.

Violation of the requirements of approved building codes and design documents in the production of construction and installation and repair and restoration works, with the exception of the requirements established by technical regulations, resulting in deterioration of operational qualities, reduced strength, stability of buildings, structures, and their parts, –

entails a fine for officials in the amount of forty, for small businesses – in the amount of two hundred, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of four hundred, for large businesses - in the amount of seven hundred monthly calculation indices, with the suspension of the license.

The commission of the actions specified in the first part of this article, which entailed the loss of strength, stability of buildings, structures, their parts or individual structural elements, –

entails a fine for officials in the amount of eighty, for small businesses – in the amount of four hundred, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of eight hundred, for large businesses - in the amount of one thousand four hundred monthly calculation indices, with the deprivation of a license.

entails a fine for officials in the amount of forty, for small businesses – in the amount of two hundred, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of four hundred, for large businesses - in the amount of seven hundred monthly calculation indices with the suspension of work.

The action provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –

entails a fine for officials in the amount of eighty, for small businesses – in the amount of four hundred, for medium–sized businesses – in the amount of eight hundred, for large businesses - in the amount of one thousand two hundred monthly calculation indices, with the deprivation of a license and suspension of work.
