The main mission of the department is the organization and conduct of public procurement of goods, works, services in accordance with the current legislation according to the budget program of the akimat of the region, in addition
-submission by the customer to a single organizer of public procurement of a task for the organization and conduct of public procurement, containing documents established by the rules of public procurement;
-development and approval by a single organizer of public procurement of the draft tender documentation (auction documentation) on the basis of a task submitted by the customer containing documents established by the rules of public procurement;
-determination and approval by the unified organizer of public procurement of the composition of the tender commission (auction commission);
-placement by a single organizer of public procurement on the public procurement web portal of an announcement on public procurement;
- sending by a single organizer of public procurement to the customer requests and comments from persons automatically registered on the web portal of public procurement, who received tender documentation (auction documentation) to the draft contract on public procurement and (or) technical specifications of tender documentation (auction documentation);
-determination of the winner of public procurement by means of a tender (auction);
-conclusion by the customer of a public procurement contract with the winner on the basis of the protocol on the results of public procurement in the manner prescribed by this Law and the rules for public procurement.
-sending proposals and comments to the customer from persons automatically registered on the public procurement web portal, information about which is entered in the registration log of persons who have received tender or auction documentation for the draft public procurement contract and (or) the technical specification of the tender or auction documentation.
-crediting to the income of the relevant budget or returning to a potential supplier the security of an application for participation in electronic public procurement by means of a tender or auction, in cases provided for by law;
-when carrying out public procurement using a single source method, in cases provided for by law, sends an invitation to a potential supplier via the public procurement web portal to participate in public procurement.
