The district's prospects are foreseeable

A quarter of a century as our country lives in independence. During this period, the country has achieved success comparable to half a century of achievements. This is certainly an indicator that the country's economy is on the right track.

Karakiyansky district was established in 1973. During the 25 years of independence of the country, the district has achieved a lot of success. The region has managed to overcome the economic crisis that has engulfed the entire world by taking important measures to prevent it.

The first budget of the district at the time of introduction of the national currency – tenge was approved at 1,575,748 tenge. Today, the district Department of Economics and Finance employs 6 civil servants and 9 main employees.

The district's budget is growing dynamically from year to year. Let's compare the budgets of several years for example. For 2000, the district budget was approved by the decision of the maslikhat in the amount of 193,663 thousand tenge, for 2005-1,098,930 thousand tenge. The 2010 budget was approved in the amount of 2,253,230 thousand tenge, the updated budget was 4,529,629 thousand tenge (including the amount of transfers was 1,058,815 thousand tenge). Indicator 2016: district budget – 263,1 11 372 tenge. This year's budget is 147.1% higher than the 2015 budget.

By 1995, the district had only 12 kindergartens with 1,260 seats. In 2002, one kindergarten for 35 children was opened, in 2005, two more kindergartens for 110 children were built and put into operation, and in 2010, 11 kindergartens were built for a total of 1068 children. In 2016, there are only 16 kindergartens in the district, where 2039 children are covered by education and training.

There are 16 schools in the district. During the years of independence, namely in 2007, 2013, 2014 and 2015, a number of health facilities were built and put into operation, in particular, several clinics.

According to the staff list of state institutions in the district, there are 2337 employees, of which 1990 employees are employed in secondary schools, and 469 in preschool institutions.

As part of the state program "with a diploma in aul" from 2010 to 2016, 410 young professionals received lifting allowances in the amount of 490,764.07 thousand tenge and 194 young professionals received loans for the purchase of housing in the amount of 2,200,329. 9 thousand tenge.

In the district, housing construction was allocated: in the period from 2010 to 2016 – 526,888,874. 40 thousand tenge, for the repair of internal rural roads-22,363,000. 00 thousand tenge.

As for the allocation of plots for individual housing construction (IH), since 2010 by 2016, 886 residents of the district received plots with a total size of 45.7 hectares.

On the eve of the 25th anniversary of the country's independence and the 95th anniversary of the formation of the financial system of Kazakhstan, I would like to mention the names of financiers who have made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the karakiyansky district.

In 1973, when it was formed Arlievsky district, the first Secretary of the district party Committee was appointed Yuri G. Kozachenko, the first head of the financial Department – A. Kudaibergenov. From April 2010 to the present day, the Department of Economics and Finance is headed by Aliya Abdikhalykova.

The district's mayor Adilbek Dauylbayev, his deputies A. Turkmenbayev, K. Bekov, chief of staff A. Taubayev, heads of the Treasury Department S. Boranbayeva and the state revenue Department B. Abilov contribute to the financial sphere of the district and its development. In a short time, budget execution has been raised to a qualitatively high level, and the flow of budget funds has been made transparent.
