Beineu district

All for the good of man

Beineu district is the largest and most remote district from the regional center. The district was formed together with the formation of the region – in 1973.

The total area of the district is 4051.9 thousand hectares, the administrative center of the district – the village of Beineu is located 503 kilometers from the regional center. The district is connected to the regional center and other localities of the region by road and railway. If in the first years of independence the population of the district was 24.4 thousand people, today, with the dynamic growth of the population, its number has reached 65.7 thousand. Along with natural growth, the population is also growing due to oralmans-migration from neighboring countries. To solve the social problems of such a large number of people, that is, to build hospitals, clinics, schools, kindergartens, employees of the financial system are entrusted with great responsibilities and they cope with this with honor. During the years of independence, the social situation of not only residents of the district center, but also remote rural localities has changed dramatically.

Today, 56 state institutions and 17 enterprises are financed from the district budget. 113 employees work in institutions and enterprises funded by the local budget and local authorized bodies for budget execution, which is 2.2% of all employees employed in organizations funded by the local budget. The budget formed at the beginning of independence with the expenditure part of 43.6 million tenge, at the beginning of the new Millennium reached 605.4 million tenge. In 2004, the expenditure part of the district budget for the first time reached the billion-dollar boundary, ending the year in the amount of 1023.7 million tenge. In the last 18 years of independence, the budget formation has been characterized exclusively by growth dynamics. In the last ten years, the expenditure part of the district's budget has grown by 7.8 times or by 8062.1 million tenge.

In the financial sphere of the district In the first years of independence, zhaumitbay yergaliev, Sabit yergaliev (1998-2000), Maksat Nysanbayev (2000-2014) successfully worked.

A large amount of work in the years of independence was implemented in the field of education. Today, there are 26 secondary schools in the district, of which 11 were built during the years of independence. Gyms have been built at each school. In the following years, extensions were built to these schools, pre-school centers were opened, and all their needs for material resources were fully met. Children's summer holidays are organized annually. The budget allocates funds to provide children from low-income families with hot meals, and to purchase school uniforms for first-grade students.

In the field of health care, Borankul hospital and polyclinic, a paramedic and midwife station in the village of ESET, and a rural outpatient clinic in the residential area of Atameken were built and put into operation. In the Central district hospital, a diagnostic center and intensive care unit were opened, and endoscopic equipment was purchased, which made it possible for residents of the district to be examined, diagnosed and treated without leaving the district.

In order to ensure that people with disabilities have access to public places in the district sports school, railway station, state revenue building, Beineu and Akzhigit rural akimats, Houses of culture of the villages of Borankul, Sarga, Akzhigit, Borankul rural hospital, re-equipment works were carried out.

This year is special for our country. We are celebrating the 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence. Located in the remote hinterland Beineu district welcomes this anniversary in all its glory and with full readiness. And all this is due to the fact that the regional and district financial policy is correctly set and conducted.
