Activities of the Technical and Vocational Education (ATVE) department

Collects requests for state education orders for training personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary education. It implements state-provided services based on state-ordered requests from colleges. Prepares resolutions and decrees of the regional department  on the order of state education for the training of personnel with technical and professional, post-secondary education.Coordinates the activity of experimental work of colleges on creation of new types of educational institutions and renewal of vocational education content. Monitors electronic document circulation (filling in electronic journals) and high-quality filling of the NDB in ATVE (Activities of the Technical and Vocational Education  department) organizations.Provides material and technical support to state educational organizations that implement technical and vocational, post-secondary educational programs, as well as special and specialized general educational programs (except for educational organizations in correctional institutions of the criminal-executive system).Monitors the contingent of students within the framework of the state program "Enbek" every month. Coordinates the work of competence centers established by the college. Coordinates work in the direction of granting academic independence, professionalization (profiling) to colleges. Provides work on accommodation of college students. Supervises the implementation of the WorldSkills assessment system in the educational process of dual education system and ATVE organizations in public colleges. Coordinates the work of intercollegiate, regional, republican WorldSkills championships. Organizes professional orientation activities for school students and their parents with representatives of vocational education and training.
