On the draft order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2023, No. 289/НҚ 'On Approval of the Rules for Conducting a Competition to Determine Universal Service Operators, Including the Calculation of Subsidy Amounts and the Procedure for Assigning the Obligation of Providing Universal Services to Telecommunications Operators by the Authorized Body, Requirements for Telecommunications Operators for Providing Universal Telecommunications Services, and the List of Universal Telecommunications Services'"

The draft order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2023, No. 289/НҚ 'On Approval of the Rules for Conducting a Competition to Determine Universal Service Operators, Including the Calculation of Subsidy Amounts and the Procedure for Assigning the Obligation of Providing Universal Services to Telecommunications Operators by the Authorized Body, Requirements for Telecommunications Operators for Providing Universal Telecommunications Services, and the List of Universal Telecommunications Services'" (hereinafter referred to as the draft) has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 10, 2025, "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Telecommunications Services, Public Procurement, Transport, and Postal Services."
