The tasks of the software for the automation of land auctions (hereinafter referred to as the portal) are to reduce the time required to prepare auction documentation, to simplify the publication of announcements, to conduct auctions on an electronic platform, to increase the transparency of the processes for the sale of land plots and to recognize the winners, to increase the awareness of the population about the land plots sold, accounting and monitoring of the land plots sold, being in the process of sale and planned to be sold, visualization on the map of the land plots sold, being in the process of sale and planned to be sold.

This portal (auction.iturkistan.kz) automates the process of selling land at auction in a full electronic format. In addition, the holding of auctions and tenders in electronic form is carried out by the local executive body itself. Thus, the electronic auction is carried out free of charge, the full amount of sales funds goes to the budget. It is also assumed that, in turn, ensuring the convenience and transparency of the auction will increase the number of participants. Accordingly, the budget revenue from sales will increase.
