The purpose of creating the System is to combine existing and created smart services, as well as to provide integrated access to information services and other components of smart services, by:
- ensuring interactive, convenient provision of all kinds of services (informational, transactional and interactive) for residents and guests:
- services of akimat (administration);
- services of city services (clinics, schools, gardens, utilities);
- other commercial services (players in the commercial services market);
- machine readable data.
- increasing the level of accessibility of information for residents and guests of the city;
- improving the quality and popularization of urban services
- increasing interest in city life;
- satisfaction of citizens with city services.
